Didnt USCIS issue a Memo or something stating only one h1B filing per person?

To ensure the fair and equitable distribution of cap numbers, this rule precludes a petitioner (or its authorized representative) from filing, during the course of any fiscal year, more than one H-1B petition on behalf of the same alien beneficiary if such alien is subject to the 65,000 cap or qualifies for the master�s degree exemption. See new 8 CFR 214.2(h)(2)(i)(G). This preclusion applies even if the petitions are not duplicative.
USCIS recognizes that, by statute, multiple filings of H-1B petitions are contemplated. See INA sec. 214(g)(7), 8 U.S.C. 1184(g)(7). Nevertheless, USCIS finds that this rule�s preclusion of duplicative H-1B filings is consistent with the statute. Guys,
My AOS case is pending and I am getting married in Feb next year. I have just found out that my spouse's passport and DOB certificate only has her first name. My spouse is from Indonesia (born and citizen of Indonesia). I am planning to use that to apply in the ROW EB3 category. Does anyone know if firsrt name and no last name on passport and DOB will be a problem for obtaiing an H1B in India and later applying for her AOS when the PD becomes current. Please share your views and have a good thxgiving!

Just because of your false accusations, people have started thinking iam faking my identity. This should stop. Are you hearing me or not ? Why dont you go and check your website logs for activites in the last couple of days
and see from which IP Address, GC status is sending those messages. Find out the location from where he is sending messages. Dont spread false news.
I want you to make it clear in the forum that MadhuVj and GCStatus are different people.
Hope you first fix this issue, you created.

can pre adjudicated files also be sent to review or is it only to files that are not pre-adjudicated but are trying to pre-adjudicate
the biggest stress is the window of opportunity is so small that the stress levels are going to be high. if not now then we have to wait for another year. for the first time in my life I can see why our elders used to give up on government activities and why they say have patience. here with uscis it seems like years are passing by like eons but uscis asks us to consider them as minutes or seconds.
one of the ridiculous person at uscis when asked why i am not getting my ead in 90 days says this - sir there are people still waiting from a year to get their green card so please have patience and consider yourself lucky that it is just 90 days. what kidn of a screwed up person give such a response.
seems like we have to go through this painful month once again. lucky people will get their green card - unfortunate ones will have to wait for however long it is

Go for another M.S. to maintain F1. It doesn't have to be a phD.
In that case I would say go for PhD. Directly file GC under EB1 - no hassle no retrogression :)

However this is only the start... we have a lot of things to accomplish once we return from the celebrations :
- recapture 200K+ unused EB visas
- abolish per country limits on EB visas
- Increase EB visa share by 50K (now that DV is gone)
- 3 yr EADs and APs
.... Any other bright ideas invited...
abolish per country limits on EB visas will back fire us because of diversity issue. We should propose some thing where there is no controversy to reject and that's is recapture 200K visas and EAD/APO for 3 years

I just applied for a H1-B, I am under a H1B1(Singapore) I have a Master of Science, from a USA univeristy in California.
Does the UCSIS do the filtering in my application? Or was there a special process i had to follow?
