I-140 approved on May 31, 2007 from Texas center.
I-485, EAD, AP applications sent at Texas center.
Mailed documents June 30th.
Documents reached USCIS July 2nd in the morning.
I-140 - LUD was August 5, 2007
Checked with employer-Checks encashed on August 13, 2007.
Got 6 SRC #s. 3 for me and 3 for my spouse.
I-485, EAD, AP applications sent at Texas center.
Mailed documents June 30th.

No, we want ALL pregnant women every where to come to US to give birth so we can get to pay for there care.
that is so much bullshit.... no one is asking caring for "ALL" pregnant women...... just take care of the once already here...... becoz before immigration status...... comes human dignity & respect for human life...... basic human rights for a pregnant woman & the new born child demands care.... not shackles...... regardless of immigration status...... just put u'r self in the shoe of that woman..... if u'r new born is treated like this..... what'll u do...... i'm sure in that case no one here will be reading u'r cheap comments.....
these pro life conservative racist groups are generally the once who are anti immigrants..... if u ask this shariff joe and his deputies ... they will tell u that they r pro-life..... but they can't stand a hispanic new born child.... so much for the conception of life baloney by hypocrites......

On a positive note, the best that we can do is, learn from our surroundings. We can learn a lot from Republicans to understand what not to do.
One of the main reason why Obama enjoys high rating - Republican party sucks. Who is making Republican party look bad - Republicans. The best response to Obama is not to pitch twisted Jindal against Obama, because that just makes Obama look good and it help Democrats. The better response to Obama is, let Obama respond against Obama. So simply don't respond to Obama, which will prevent Republicans making him look good. And like every politician, Obama will commit mistakes, which will cause the demise of Democrats. Its that simple. So what do we learn from this?

If she works for a hospital which can do a H1B for her then 'Yes', but if she wabts to start up of her own, she can not petition for herself. I haven't seen any hospitals having dentists on their payrolls. Mostly it is the ER staff like cardiologists, anestheologists, surgeons.
hi thanks.but dentist visa is usually sponsered by companies(eg. western dental centers) or small dental centers who put dentist on their payroll,like they have a setup where 5-6 dentist work. i cant start up on my own as i dont have gc so has to be employed.so can i still get under H1B masters quota

I believe there are more than one admin here, why dont one of you take couple of minutes atleast for the sake of putting a stop to this false accusations. Why dont you track our IP address for the past 1-2 days. I have tried to explain the general approach taken by an American System in another forum. The moral of it is that don't think that someone (USCIS/senator/congressperson) does not know what they are doing. They know what they are doing and will continue doing it unless someone kicks their ass.
As an example, White House did not do the right thing with a Canadian citizen by sending him to his contry where he was tortured (the story was on last week; the person got millions from Canadian Govt). So far Republicans did not care about it. Last week a democratic committee chewed Gonzales's (in charge of USCIS also) ass. He said he will provide evidence soon.
I have been in similar situations where I have to do things not liked by some persons. I just act dumb and keep doing what I have to do unless someone much higher up chews my ass.
This is standard American procedure.

If your PD was current, but they didn't give you a visa, that is a mistake. Why should someone report getting a visa is a mistake? He applied for the visa, he/she got it. Is it his/her job to watch USCIS? What future problems should he/she expect for getting a visa?
It is your choice but there were suggestions from attorneys that if GC is issued when PD is not current, it should be reported to USCIS to avoid future troubles. Search this forum for details. There were two threads disucssing this.
Further, it is great mis-impression that everyone who applies for a GC watches visa bulletins, or knows how they work.

I would suggest not to go to COPS, if those folks are working any where else just call immigration authorities and report anonymously that they are working in USA illegally.
